NCYFL are open to creating an Under 21 provision for the 2022-23 season onwards. We would like expression of interest from clubs to decide whether a provision is viable.

Our initial thoughts include:

• Uncapped squad size.
• Players must be under the age of 21, but over the age of 16, no additional ‘over age’ players allowed.
• Flexible playing days – fixtures would be initially scheduled for a Sunday, but teams can mutually agree to rearrange fixtures either midweek, Saturday or Sunday’s.
