Club secretaries must log into the NCYFL Club Admin site to submit a notice of approach. Do not use the Whole Game System to request a transfer/NOA. The form will generate a notice of approach (transfer request) between the two clubs. The Transfer Secretary, Jackie Skipp will be copied into this correspondence. All clubs must have submitted and completed a notice of approach (transfer requests) before any contact is made with the player/parent/guardian. A £10 fee will be required once the transfer has been accepted.
