The league committee have produced a calendar for fixture weeks for all age groups. This also incorporates Norfolk FA County Cup weekends, and overspill. Clubs should expect fixtures from NCYFL on all weekends marked in green, yellow or purple. All fixtures are subject to change.


Fixtures can be mutually agreed to be brought forward or pushed back up until 31st March providing the opposition and age group secretary agree to do so.
Fixtures cannot be mutually agreed to be played after 1st April or dates moved later in April/May.

The season end date is 31st May 2026.

If a fixture is postponed not under the circumstances of F.2 twice by the same team, the fixture shall be awarded to the opposition.

If a fixture is postponed not under the circumstances of F.2 the following process is used:
(a) 1st postponement will result in a charge being raised with a fine value of up to £30
(b) 2nd postponement will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 1 point deduction.
(c) 3rd postponement will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 2 point deduction.
(d) 4th postponement will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 3 point deduction.
(e) Any additional fixtures postponed will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 3 point deduction, potential fine up to the maximum value, and a meeting between the club and league management committee to discuss the teams viability.
(f) The outcome of any un-played fixtures will be determined by the league management committee.

Postponement requests for fixtures that are scheduled for after the 1st April not under the circumstances of F.2 will result in the following process:
(a) 1st postponement will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 1 point deduction, fixture awarded to opposition.
(b) 2nd postponement will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 2 point deduction, fixture awarded to opposition.
(c) 3rd postponement will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 3 point deduction, fixture awarded to opposition.
(d) Any additional fixtures postponed will result in a charge with a value of a maximum 3 point deduction, potential fine up to the maximum value, fixture awarded to opposition and a meeting between the club and league management committee to discuss the teams viability.
(f) The outcome of any un-played fixtures will be determined by the league management committee.

Postponement of any scheduled fixture will only be permitted in the following circumstances:
(i) Entry into a National or County FA Competition
(ii) A school activity involving 3 or more players
(iii) Adverse weather or unplayable pitch/facility
(iv) On instruction from the Management Committee, League Secretary or Divisional Secretary
